MTNL has introduced a new Garuda Pay Per Second Plan for its postpaid users in Delhi. Users can avail MTNL Garuda Pay Per Second Plan for Rs. 149 per month. The activation charges will be Rs. 300. However for first two months 100% waiver of Activation charges will be applicable.

With Garuda Pay Per Second Plan, users will get free allowance of Rs. 99. By activating this plan, users can make all local and STD on net calls at half paisa per second tariff rate. Also local on net SMSes will be charged at 10 paisa per SMS rate.

Activation charges: Rs. 300
Monthly rental: Rs. 149
Refundable security deposit for STD: Rs. 1000
Free call allowance: Rs. 99 (own network)
Local on net call rate: half paisa per second
Local off net call rate: 1 paisa per second
STD on net call rate: half paisa per second
STD off net call rate: 1 paisa per second
Local on net SMS rate: 10 paisa per SMS
Local off net SMS rate: 25 paisa per SMS
National SMS rate: 50 paisa per SMS
International SMS rate: Rs. 2.50 per SMS
Data charges: paisa per KB
Promotional Offer: 100% waiver of Activation charges for first two months
MTNL Friends & Family Scheme: Customers has the freedom to choose any two MTNL Delhi numbers where no call charges will be levied under this offer.
Note: MTNL Garuda Pay Per Second plan will be applicable from 15-02-2010. Also promotional offer of 100% waiver of Activation charges for first two months will be available from 15-02-2010 to 15-04-2010.
