MTNL Delhi Introduces Tariff Coupons for Pay Per Second Plan for Delhi

MTNL Delhi has introduced Tariff coupon for One-Second Pulse Rate Plan on CDMA Network.

Details of MTNL Tariff Coupons for Pay Per Second Plan:
1.) With tariff coupon worth Rs. 45, users can change from CDMA Mobile plan to Pay per Second Plan with Zero Balance and 1 year validity in per second plan.
2.) Around 10000 conversation RCVs should be sufficient for first phase.
3.) Users can use existing Mobile Recharge Cards for Talk Value (Top-up Also)
4.) Conversion will be done manually on daily basis similar to Vidyarthi Plan.
