Dear sir
This is to inform you that I am holding the smart No-9835383298 since six years But I have never face a problem like deductiting the bal automatacaly by showing music station renewal charge of Rs-30/-.where as I have never subscribed.
But I came to know that Reliance has started a new business of the same to make the customer fool and making harasement.
So I therefore request you to kindly take the matter seriously and verify it as quickly and wave up the music station subscribtion by returning the deduct amount.And if not found so will be complaint in consumer forum.

Your Earliest action for the above matter will be earniestly soliciate.

sir,
I have been charged for value added services which I have unsubscribed many a times. I have complaint to customer care many times but no action has been taken. Services like Handygo One4All pack has been renewed even I have Unsubscribed more than 10 times. To unsubscribe I have typed "Unsub 2015" to 155223.And the reply comes your request has been accepted but no action has been taken and it remains activated.Sir please pay my attention to my complaint and solve the problem quickly. I also want my money which I have been charged because of the fault of the service provider.

If anybody want to deactivate daily rental sms pack of reliance then they have to activate 1 paisa plan then deactivate DD plan by smsing DACT SMS DD on 53739.
