Reliance Introduces New Push Mail Service- iSeeMail for Prepaid & Postpaid Users
Reliance Communication has introduced a new service for its prepaid and postpaid users. Now Reliance users can get their emails on their mobile phones by SMS by using Reliance Push Mail service- iSeeMail.
Reliance in association with Iseemedia Inc. has introduced iSeeMail service for all prepaid and postpaid users. This service is available for both CDMA and GSM users.
By using Push Mail service users can access using multiple interfaces such as SMS, MMS, WAP/XHTML and OMA-EMN. Reliance iSeeMail service supports all email systems like POP3, IMAP4, EAS and WebDAV protocols etc. Users can access Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Domino, Gmail, Yahoo! Mail, AOL, Hotmail and others on any type of mobile phones.
Announcing the launch, Krishna Durbha, head of VAS division of Reliance Communication said, “iseemedia provides the ideal platform to deliver our next generation service to drive more e-mail usage among our existing subscribers. We believe our push e-mail service can deliver substantial revenue upside over the years to RCom”.
Reliance users can avail iSeeMail service for Rs. 30 and 50 paisa per SMS.
Like Reliance Push Mail service, Tata Teleservices has also introduced New Push Mail service for its customers. Now it seems after lowest call tariff war and lowest SMS tariff war, its time to enjoy these VAS.
So let your mobile phone act like a smart phone and access your emails on your handset by SMS.
